Agreement to terms

By using our website and providing your phone number via any form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Sunbelt Capital Investments regarding your use of our services. These messages may include transactional alerts, account updates, promotional content, and customer support messages.

Except for payment obligations, each party’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to Sunbelt Capital Investments in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Sunbelt Capital Investments and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we stop providing the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
